Comrades, we have received our first batch of KGB bottle openers.  There are a few unclaimed ones left after the officers all scrabbled to claim their own, so start lining up at the next KGB function and nag RC Phil until he sells you one for a special introductory price that only he knows at the moment.  Be the first on your block to have a genuine KGB Bottle Opener and start opening bottles with genuine KGB pride.
