So I've finished my Steam Infusion Mash setup. I used it this past weekend. It works great for dialing in for my mash temps and maintaining it.

There use to be a convienant store ran by some arabs when I was growing up and in the back where the sandwiches were had a sign that said 'Cold Sandviches'. I guess I've been stuck calling them sandviches ever since.
