May I ask you some questions? I am about 5 days into brewing my apple cider. It still is bubbling. How long does it stay in primary? Is it put into secondary to clarify? and how do I clarify? Thanks so much, Becki

The last one I've completed was in the primary for about 4 weeks, before I racked it to the bottling bucket and bottled.I have two going right now and they're still fermenting and they're about 4 weeks along now. I good rule of thumb is to wait until it starts to clear a bit before you rack it. My recent Strawberry Apple Cider has been going strong for 3 weeks now. I used dried strawberries for it.
