A buddy's bachelor party is coming up and the organizer is asking for bar suggestions around 59 & south belt(because that's where the gentleman's club selected is I believe). Does anyone know anything in that general area that would have a decent beer selection? Or just a decent beer at all? I don't want to be stuck with nothing but fizzy yellow beers all night.

Might be too far north, but Sherlock's used to have a semi-decent selection.

Disclaimer alert: It's been a very long time since I've been there.

Oy, looky here...Sugar Land might be closer. I've never been to this location.
