Can Anyone help me out with what the proper settings are for using a Johnson Digital temp controller? I have the prewired one directly from Northern Brewer.

I set the SP (set point) to 67F

DIF (differnential) is set to 3 degrees)

I keep seeing the controller going colder by a couple of degrees than the set point. How do you guys have yours set for ales??
