Well you could use a 4 way plug head instead of the 2 configuration in the picture. That way you could wire one always on and set the other two as the switch, but you've got the samething. Not worried about the heater. Not like I'm going to be running 24/7.I'm only going to need it to warm up the temp a little. Heck I could use a light bulb and cover it to generate heat. Or a Coffee Pot heater with coffee pot filled with water. So many possibilities.
