Since becoming a new KGB member I have only recently brewed 13 pilot batches.
The 13th was Calea Zacatechichi with hops. Surprisingly when bottled it tasted like an extreme ESB. However, after a week of mellowing and tasting again its true flavor revealed was exactly like drinking bong water by mistake.
I believe a pinch of Calea would be better than using ounces.
I'm saving only a few bottles for cruel jokes.
